Can someone please tell me when bill for a wound application of a graft and I have a size of a wound 150 sq cm and only put the wound on 50 sq cm of it. Do I only bill for the 50 sq cm? OR bill for the total of 150 sq cm? And if I bill for the total is there a resource that documents this?
