Patient had a I&D of the tibia for Osteomyelitis along with the application of an antibiotic bone graft. I am not able to find a code for the bone graft... Can any of you help?

Not familiar with antibiotic bone graft...BUT...if doc used an allograft for the procedure you can't bill - only an autograft could be used (i.e. 20902). We have used antibiotic spacers for infected arthroplasties (i.e. TKR) and use 11981 if it's not included in the code descriptor.

He states he used an antibiotic bone allograft... so this is not billable right?
