You will have to show 2 years of experience for apprentice removal. (An approved education program can substitute for one year of the experience requirement. Practicode can substitute for one year of the experience requirement.)

I tried to email my documents and I got an email back saying I could no longer send an email. Did you get that message?

I didn't! I did not get any email back from them. I thought I would at least receive some confirmation that what I submitted was received.

Nope, I had to call them and make sure they received them. I find this unprofessional as we put a lot of time, effort and money into our certifications and the process, at least they can respond to our emails saying they've received them.
