Order states UGI FLUORO EVAL OF DIAPHRAGM

Here is the report:

FLUOROSCOPY OF THE RIGHT HEMIDIAPHRAGM

INDICATION: Pain in the right breast since November, abnormal recent CT scan.

TECHNIQUE: Fluoroscoopy is performed of the right hemidiaphgragm.

FINDINGS: The diaphragm moves normally with patient respiration. There is no focal abnormality seen at the diaphragm in its motion. there is normal movement with sniffing. There may be a small right eventration of the hemidiaphragm anteriorly as noted on the CT scan. However, this area moves normally with the rest of the diaphragm.

IMPRESSION: Normal movement of the diaphragm during respiratory motion.
