Appropriate CPT coding

Hello
One of our urgent care doctors performed sort of a needle aspiration on a patient from her description to me, she "poked" a hole in an abscess behind the ear of a 5 year old, and "squeezed" out the infection. I am not sure if 10160 can be used due to no aspiration. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what CPT can be used?
Thanks

E/M visit

10060 requires an incision - poking a hole with a needle doesn't qualify.

I would just code the E/M visit.

Hope that helps.
