Good morning,

I am a compliance auditor who is currently auditing a Urgent Care facility that is using Aprima EHR to document their encounters. As I'm auditing there are some things that are concerning to me but would like to see if anyone else using this system is having the same questions. I would like to discuss with anyone who uses this system, please outreach to me to help me understand. My thought is that they are currently using a old version which is 2009 and this is why we are having some compliance issues.

I work for Aprima in the sales department and believe if you contact Client Support @ 866.960.6890 Option 1 someone there can help you through your concerns. Unfortunately I am not trained in the systems use, I am just the lowly appointment setter for the Account Executives. (not for long as I will be CPC certified in a couple of months).
