I hope this isn't a stupid question. I was told at my CEU classes to wait on the X modifiers until Medicare is more specific about them. Whatever that means. I haven't been using them yet. Also, do all insurance companies want the X modifiers? I have searched and searched the web but I can't seem to find a clear answer. Thank you for your help. :)

We've been using them since they went into effect. However, I've been on more than one Noridian webinar where they've said they aren't requiring them until they get more clarification from CMS on their use.
