Are you an excellent Foot & Ankle coder?

Patient has a developed a foot deformity over the years and the surgeon goes in and cuts most of the tendons and separates several joints in the ankle and foot. In all my years of coding I have only had one similar for someone with 'Stiff Man Syndrome" and it was years ago. If you have seen a similar surgery and willing to give me your input I would be grateful.
