We have two seperate companies (Dr office on one side and an Endo sx center on the other side) in ONE building. My question is if an ARNP sees a patient for an office visit while the physician is at the other company doing a procedure, can we still bill under the physician if he reviews and signs off on what the ARNP has done?

No ... to be incident -to (billed under the physician) the physician you are billing under must be in the defined office suite area while the patient is being seen. This does not equate to "under the same roof".
