This is a good one. Pt has appt w/ARNP, cuts all toenails d/t onchymycosis, evaluates lesion on leg, calls in MD and he removes 2.3x1.0 cm lesion that came back as a squamous cell. I know I can only bill one provider for the day, but how do I report the nail cutting as it was not a routine service? I guess this would be a freebie.
