I am working with a physician using the 1997 exam for her speciality. She uses the "arrow down" method in the column titled "negatives" when the exam results are all negative:confused. Would you be comfortable with giving her credit for all bullets based on the negatives being documented with this method?

I'm not sure I understand

Are you saying that she just puts a line down the page through all the "negative" boxes .... i.e. ONE line straight down through the boxes?

NO, this is not acceptable documentation.

Hope that helps.
