if we do a lower extremity unilateral cpt 93926,LT
and after he has a procedure the dr wants to make sure there is no evidence of pseudoaneurysm or av fistula
i cant bill 93926,LT again its getting denied as a duplicate and ideas please help (he's only looking at the top near the groin area second time)

If the 93926 is read the same day, you may be able to add a 59/XE with Dx Z48.812 showing it's for after the intervention.
