I need help in coding this, The Dr's dictation is not the best

1. exchange of existing right arterial line for a 6f sheath under fluoroscopic guidance.
2. Pelvic arteriogram with injection in the distal abdominal aorta.
3. selective catherterization of the left internal iliac artery with selective filming of this vessel.
