Can anyone help me? I am unsure if I should stick with just coding Reiter's Disease (099.3) or use djd code of 715.13 and 715.14 as well as 099.3.
Here is the assessment of the dictation:
The patient is a very unusual form of arthritis which has progressed to end-stage bone-on-bone arthritic change globally throughout his hand and wrist. Essentially all of the joints including the radial and ulnar joints, radiocarpal and ulnocarpal joints as well as intercarpal joints as well as carpometacarpal joints are involved with bone-on-bone arthritis there is not one specific joint which is worse than the others.
