Wiki arthoscopic biceps tenotomy

the op note states patient had extensive fraying of the anterior,superior and posterior labrum with near complete detachment of the biceps tendon. then states due to patients age a biceps tenotomy was performed. no other documentation was noted. would you code for the tenotomy and what code would you bill out.

we use unlisted 29999 for the scope and compare it to the open 23405.. hope this helps, Paula
