I am unsure what CPT/HCPCS codes, if any, are used for the following procedure. Please help!

"Arthrex BioCartilage was mixed with whole blood and layers on top of fibrin glue to fill talar dome lesion."

The provider is performing ankle arthroscopy with extensive debridement, but he also states cartilage repair. He uses AlloFuse bony putty prior to the fibrin glue. Is there a separate CPT code?
