Arthritis of knee in lyme disease. Are 088.81 and 716.96 correct codes?

When I checked the ICD-9 Index for Arthritis due to Lyme disease, it showed 088.81 and in brackets 711.8. So the 088.81 is the correct first code, as long as the disease is active. The second code should be 711.86 Arthropathy of the lower leg associated with other infectious and parasitic diseases.
