Hello, How would you code 1. Right talonavicular arthrodesis, 2. Right subtalar arthrodesis & 3. Right naviculocuneiform arthrodesis, first,sec & third joints. These were all done on same operative session. Would you code 28730 & 28725? The triple, 28715, does include numbers 1 &2 but not 3.
