Wiki Arthrodesis of Wrist with Bone Graft

Hi - I am working on a surgery where the surgeon did an arthrodesis of the wrist using an allograft (HydroSet bone graft). There is no code for using an allograft. In previous cases I have successfully used the Unlisted 25999, however, the surgeon does not want to use that. He is wanting to use the 25800 (Wrist arthrodesis without bone graft) and then use a bone graft code.

This does not sound okay to me - but perhaps someone else has some further insight on this?
