quick question - my Dr removed an implant from the elbow. AFTER the implant was removed, he did an arthrogram of the elbow (24220). Now I understand the visualization aspect of a procedure but since he did it after the removal...would I have a basis of an appeal or should I just consider it a part of the 20680?
