arthrogram come on ya'll

I just want to clarify if the a DO does the injection and the fluoro guidance and then a radiologist reads the arthrogram it can be billed like this:

DO 27370 and 77002
Radiologist 73580

According to the CPT 73580 can not be reported in conjuction with 77002.
