when a arthroscopic bursectomy is performed without an acromoplasty should i report 29826 with a 52 modifier? there are mixed answers. i would this this would be correct because the 29826 includes a bursectomy and a subcromial decompression and since just part of the procedure was not performed would it not be accurate to just append the 52 modifier?
