I've been researching some information on an arthroscopic coracoclavicular reconstruction with allograft but it is all dated 2009 and before. Can anyone inform me on the proper code to use for this procedure for 2012 please? We've been using 29999 for unlisted procedure, arthroscopy. Thank you!
