I need help determing whether the following sentence is enough documentation to bill code unlisted elbow arthroscopy microfracture and compare it to 29879:
Once the synovectomy was complete, we then placed a 2 mm drill into the joint under direct visualization and placed it at the lateral epicondyle and drilled two small holes in the lateral upper condyle to stimulate some bleeding in the area of disease.
