Can anyone give me an idea for the correct CPT on this?

My surgeon wants to remove a soft tissue mass from the shoulder, arthroscopically.

Would appreciate help
 
Exactly where is the mass? If he is going to remove through a scope I'm thinking it might be in the joint somewhere or attached to maybe a tendon or the labrum? If so you might be able to code as debridement? :)
