If the patient had a massive rotator cuff tear that was attempted to be repaired with marginal convergence was not able to be secured to bone once it was sutured, would this be 29827 with a 52 modifier or is there a more appropriate code for what was actually performed?

It was left the way it was, not attached to the bone
