Some hx: patient had a previous RTC March 2014. Now there is a failure of the tissue and it was noted to be very poor. Had a complex tear with multiple tearing within the tendon.
This is what I have: "It was felt that the best procedure for her would be a simple debridement of the tear and tuberoplasty of the greater tuberosity. The rotator cuff tear was debrided back to a smooth and stable rim and a large acromionizer bur was used to perform a tuberoplasty of the proximal humerus greater tuberosity. In the process, the previously used anchors were removed including all sutures and all anchors."
I'm not sure if this can be referenced to 29826 and using 29999.
Is anyone performing this arthroscopic service and if so, can you provide billing info?
