Wiki Arthroscopy wrist with mini-open triangular fibrocartilage

I had a question: if a physician does a wrist arthroscopy with synovectomy 29844 then he opens & repairs the triangular fibrocartilage tear but uses an anchor & sutures would you use the 25107 or the 29847 (because of the anchor).

Any imput would be great.
