I am not having any luck confirming if you can bill 29844 and 29846 if the physician performs an arthroscopic wrist synovectomy and debridement in the same procedure.

Any thoughts?

According to the NCCI edits 29844 is a column two code to 29846, however a modifier is allowed so it would depend on the documentation.
