Wiki Arthrotomy with Lateral and medial retinacular release

Has there ever been a code for the medial retinacular realease? 27425 is what is used for the lateral retinacular release, but would this cover both?
Dr. is cleaning out adhesions and contractures in the patella area and is releasing both sides. No reconstruction is being performed.
Any thoughts?
