I just started working for an outpatient facility.
I don't know how to bill for the times, when they do
Pre-op- 20 min
Anesthesia - 35 min
During surgery 1 hour
Post-op - 55 min.

Does anybody know how to bill for this times.
Is there any formula to calculate this.
Anybody please help ?

I'm still learning facility coding but typically you would bill the CPT code for the surgery and reimbursement would be based on that not time
