Good morning,

I work for an ASC and I need some coding direction.Can you bill 76098 with Lumpectomy codes and also can you bill 76000 with Pain Management and Orthopedic codes. I do know with some pain management codes the fluoroscopy is included. If you know of any resources that I can read let me know.
