Wiki ASC Facility in Texas HELP

My pain mgmt doctor just opened an ASC center & the billing for services are much different than POS 11 or 49 as services are billed on a UB form. How can I access in & outpatient rates? Is there a website that could assist in ASC billing? He is also interested in possibly outsourcing the billing so I am also looking for someone with experience & knowlege with Texas rates. Be sure to perform procedures only on the ASC list. Look for your local area fee schedules pertaining to Medicare.
Years ago there was a program that would help with setting billable fees for your area but it was associated with an insurance company. Long story short, it was a conflict of interest so to speak.
