Hello gang,
Does anyone know how I can access the ASC fee schedule geographically adjusted for Las Vegas, NV? I've tried searching in the Novitas and CMS websites. It's been frustrating because both sites have a lot of information on ASC rembersment and links to fee schedules, but I can't find the fee schedule. It's like a never ending laberynth.
