I just wanted to get some dialog going in regards to the now payment methology of APC's. The discussion I would like to start is that not all payers have transitioned to the APC payment methology, what kinds of challenges have you indured by this? What types of payment methologies are you seeing with commercial payers? Are they new grouper methods, flat fee schedules, etc...?
