Please provide clarification regarding ASC facility modifier 74 if a physician successfully implants one SCS lead, 63650 and implant of IPG, 63685; however, has to discontinue second lead placement, 63650 mid implant?

Modifier 74 is not appropriate in this situation - per CMS guidelines, if multiple procedures are planned and not all are completed, facilities should code only those procedures that are completed.
