In an effort to avoid using the unspecified code, our provider is boxed into choosing other forms of angina bec "unstable" and "with documented spasm" doesn't apply.
Our coder is saying that documenting "other forms of angina" is not enough documentation. She wants to provider to choose from angina equivalent, angina of effort, slow flow, stable angina.
Could someone pls clarify?
