When billing out for an assist is it correct to add all the modifiers to the cpt code that the primary physician codes ie. 35301-RT-80
 
Yes. You're correct! The assistant surgeon's codes should mirror the surgeon's codes with the addition of modifier 80, which should usually come first in the sequence. Modifiers that influence payment should be listed first when multiple modifiers are used.
