could someone please help guide me in coding this scenario?

I don't find anything in my coding books to show there is aspiration from intrauterine cavity or a diagnosis for isthmocele. Please advise. Thank you!!!
Scenario is:


Patient presents for US guided aspiration of fluid/mucus from intrauterine cavity and cesarean scar defect (isthmocele).
Transvaginal US was done to confirm that it is still present. After spontaneous bladder filling, intrauterine, subisthmocele and cervical mucus was
aspirated with transabdominal US guidance.
Patient tolerated procedure well.
Patient was instructed to return for repeat TVUS onn day prior to planned ET to confirm that there is no reaccumulated intrauterine fluid
