A pain management provider has performed procedures described as "aspiration of subarachnoid catheter" due to a mechanical complication, possible obstruction or disconnection. I find a diagnosis code (T85.690-If that is not correct, please someone advise me on that as well). My question is what CPT should be used? This was done in an office setting. See procedure notes below. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

"With alternatives, risk and benefits having been reviewed and written consent obtained, the patient was brought to the procedure room and then placed in a prone position on the procedure table. The usual aseptic prep and drape of the pump site was performed. Next the proper site was found under the fluoroscope machine. Then a 25 gauge Huber needle was inserted into the pump. The catheter visualized with fluoroscopy.
Results: Mechanical complication of implanted spinal catheter. (Possible obstruction or disconnection of catheter)
Aspirated 1ml.
Free Flow.
Will refer to surgeon for battery replacement.
Radiation Exposure Time: Fluoroscopy, 21 seconds."
