Wiki Assist Charges

I am wanting to know if there is a policy for billing out assist charges. Do you bill out the same amount as the primary surgeon's with the modifier -80 or do you adjust the charges by 20 percent?

WE adjust the charges by 20 percent so that we do not have such a huge write off.
