I am not finding anything in CMS guildlines addressing Assistant Living physician visits in incident to billing. We have NP's and PA's who go to ALF's and I am needing to find some kind of documentation that addresses this issue and how/if incident to can be billed for these visits - Will it be under the home visit rules, where the phone can be used or does the physician have to be present like Nursing home.
