Is anyone getting reimbursed for a surgeon assisting on a partial mastectomy - CPT 19301-80? I am new to a general surgery practice that has historically billed for a surgeon assist, but it looks like neither Medicare nor private carriers are reimbursing of late (at least, not without supporting documentation). Input and/or advice will be greatly appreciated!!!
