scenario #1: If my PA has assisted for 75% of the surgery then a qualified resident comes in for the the final 25% of the surgery can I bill anything for my PA time?

scenario #2: If a qualified resident assisted for 1/2 of the surgery then was called away and my PA assisted for the remaining 1/2 of the surgery am I able to bill anything for my PA time?

No on both scenarios....Resident overrides PA
