Assited Living code

Hi,

I have a physician who is seeing a patient for the first time. They have been in the assisted living facility for many months but was seen by a different physician(not part of our group). My physician is now going to be seeing the patient. Would you use new patient 99324-99328 or established patient 99334-99337? I am thinking new but want to make sure!
