If pt has asthma w/emphysema which is a form of COPD, would you code 49320 & 4928? Or would it just be 4928? Thanks! :confused:
 
Hello

I just read another post asking this same question. The answer was yes code both 493.20 & 492.8.

I also looked up my coding tips on Pulmonary and it shows both codes. :)
