Could you tell me your thoughts on billing when a provider receives pictures of an at home pregnancy test. Provider places these pics in the chart and calls in a script for acne for the patient, The doc would like to bill G2010 to Horizon NJ. No visit occurs in the below timeframe. I am thinking he cannot bill for this.
