Wiki Attempted Diaphragm Fitting

Our provider attempted to fit one of our patients for a diaphragm, but after several attempts with different sizes they could not get a good fit. Can this still be billed? I have looked all over for information on this. I was thinking that we would bill 57170 with modifer 52?
