Can I please get a second opinion on this procedure?
I attached my coding.
“Percutaneous approach. Rt femoral vein and left femoral artery.
Guidewire into descending aorta via PDA . ….device deployed. Device too large and removed. 2nd device deployed and removed bc of too much residual around device.
