Wiki Audio only visits for less than 5min

How to code the audio-only visits, those are documented with time spent less than 5min. As we have CPT code starting from 5min. Or this will be billed as Nocharge?Please suggest for this scenario.

If the carrier wants audio-only billed with the new code set 98008-98015, there must be a minimum of 10 minutes of medical discussion. There is currently no CPT which matches your scenario.
**IF** the carrier wants audio-only billed with 99202-99215 with modifier -93, those codes may be leveled on time OR medical decision making.

I have been tried in many insurance with the New Televst Code for the new patient as well as Established patients, but Aetna, Molina, Emblem, etc all are denied the new Televst code, so can you please guide me, shall I continue with the old one or can wait for the new update like Place of sevice or Modifier.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated to help me understand this better
